In case you missed it, we recently released a pretty major set of new features and enhancements on the Entries page! This release introduced a plethora of new options for more efficient and effective workflow management. In this post, we're going to highlight some easy tips and tricks to help you better manage your form entries!
With the filter option, you can filter your entries down to exactly what you need to see. To get started, just open up the Entries page and select Filter from the top menu.
Filter by status
The easiest way to search through your entries is to filter based on any combination of entry status (Incomplete, Submitted, Reviewed, and Complete) or payment status (Unpaid, Pending, Paid, Declined, and Refunded). Tip: If you'd rather not search for the same sets of data over and over again, take advantage of the ability to save your data sets as unique entry views.
Filter by time
Need to view entries from a specific time period? Use the Advanced Filter to set criteria based on when an entry was submitted:
You can specify exact dates and times:
Or use the And/Or functions to specify multiple periods of time:
Filter by quantity
If your form has an order amount (or any other fields with numerical values), you can filter by quantities as well:
Need to alphabetize your entries? The Sort function (located next to the filter) will rearrange entries based on alphabetic order, numeric order, or even if certain values (like Signature fields) are signed or unsigned:
On the new Entries page, there are now three different methods of exporting your data as an Excel spreadsheet:
- Selection: This export will include any entries and fields that you currently have selected.
- Current View: If you've saved a specific set of entries as a unique entry view, this export will include all of the entries and columns in the current view.
- All Fields: This option will export all entries in the current view with all columns included. It will also separate fields like Name and Address into multiple columns (First Name, Last Name, Address Line 1, Address Line 2, etc.)
Tip: If you'd like to export your data automatically rather than manually, you can even keep your form data in sync with applications like Google Sheets using our Zapier integration - check out this blog post to learn how!
